Die Auftragsklärung im Rahmen des Projektmanagements: Ein gesprächsanalytischer Zugang

Abstract

Die ethnomethodologisch basierte Forschungsrichtung Studies of Work versteht Arbeitsvollzüge als im Moment ihrer Ausführung, unter Berücksichtigung der situativen Umstände, von den Beteiligten hergestellt. Menschen verfügen demnach über eine in Praktiken eingelassene Alltagsexpertise, deren Untersuchung Hinweise auf die Bewältigung alltäglicher, sozialer Aufgaben gibt. Im Rahmen von Kommunikation in Organisationen stellt das Projektmanagements eine besonders kommunikationsintensive Aufgabe dar - insbesondere der initiative Prozessschritt, die „Auftragsklärung“. Hier setzt das Interesse dieser Arbeit an: Auf Grundlage der Studies of Work wird eine gesprächsanalytische Untersuchung von Arbeitsvollzügen in einer Wirtschaftsorganisation am Beispiel des Projektmanagements durchgeführt.Die Ermittlung der kommunikativen Praktiken zur Erfüllung der Projekt-Auftragsklärung stehen dabei im Mittelpunkt der Analyse.

The Studies of Work, as an ethnomethodological-based field of research, describe human actions as created at the moment of their execution and in consideration of the situational circumstances of the involved participants. People therefore have an everyday expertise embedded in their ordinary practices; the analysis of these practices provides information on the management of everyday social tasks. In the context of communication in organizations, project management represents a particularly communication-intensive function – especially the initial step of the process, the "mandate clarification". This is where the interest lies: Based on the Studies of Work a conversation analysis of human actions in an economic organization is carried out in line with project management theory. The core focus therefore centers around the investigation of communication practices contributing to the delivery of project mandate clarification.
